Beaulieu & Bucklers Hard

The entrance to the Beaulieu River from the Solent is marked by the Millennium lighthouse close to the beach at Lepe country park. A good set of channel markers guide you into the mouth of the river. Swinging moorings and some private pontoons mark the main channel well and guide you up river towards the marina and historic ship yard used by Nelson to build his fleet including his own HMS Agamemnon.
